In this training they will learn how a business unit managed by the members can work well with the help of scheme capital derived from savings and credit cooperatives

 Outcomes:
A savings and credit cooperative is a small financial institution for villagers. Its presence helps small communities because they are easy and cheap (no need to pay transport to the city), so the form of cooperatives such as these need to be preserved.  ADWAN has launched/established the Cooperative as Village BANK for eliminates the poverty.
Benefit:
The board is expected to get additional knowledge and insight in managing the cooperative. The difficulties experienced can be solved and can be overcome. Administration and bookkeeping will be better. Adding the ability to promoting and developed the cooperation.
